Spencer Vogt obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Grades Education from York College. Later, he received a Master of Science in Educational Technology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  Currently, he is working on a Doctorate in Educational Technology from Walden University.  He taught in the middle school classroom for 10 years as a social studies teacher. He joins the PSC School of Education as an Assistant Professor of Education and Technology Coordinator
