Join Adam Neveau, Director of Residence Life, for an informative session about Residence Life and housing at Peru State College. Virtual tours of the halls, a review of items to bring to campus, along with a question and answer session will help get all of your questions answered.

TRiO Student Success Services (SSS)

Join Michelle Kaiser, SSS Student Intervention Coordinator, for an informative session about the SSS program at Peru State College. During this session, the TRiO SSS staff will cover general requirements to participate in SSS, the services and opportunities available, and the peer tutoring and mentoring programs available for SSS students. A question and answer session held by Michelle Kaiser will follow. After this webinar, students and parents will be more aware of the benefits of the SSS program at Peru State and how to apply to participate.

Center for Achievement and Transitional Services (CATS): Tutoring services, counseling services & disabilities services

Join Tracy Davis, Educational Support & Disability Services Coordinator, and Dr. Susanne Williams, Retention Specialist, for an informative session about the services found in the CATS building at Peru State College. During this session, the staff will cover tutoring services, disability services and counseling services that are available to all Peru State students. A question and answer session hosted by Tracy and Dr. Williams will follow. After this webinar, students and parents will be more aware of the services available in the CATS building at Peru State and the benefits of using them.

Parent Coffee Chat about Academics

Join Dr. Kristi Nies, Assistant Professor of English, for an informative chat about classroom expectations and student academic success at Peru State College. During this session, Dr. Nies will cover general expectations faculty have for students, classroom etiquette, helpful academic tips and answer questions during a question and answer session. After this webinar, parents will be more aware of the tools needed to prepare their students for their academic transition and success at Peru State.

How Do I Use Peru State Technology?

Join Hannah Cook, Coordinator of Admissions Services, for an informative session to teach you how to use the various technology platforms at Peru State. During this session, Hannah will cover how to use myPSC, how to setup your email, bobcat alerts and the Bobcat Life app. She will also show you how to find your Blackboard shell, parking permit request form, student employment and the Bookstore. After this webinar, students will be more aware of the tools needed to prepare their themselves for their transition to college and success at Peru State.

Join the staff in the One Stop Shop, for an informative session to learn about financial aid and student bills at Peru State. After this webinar, students will be more aware of how to take care of financial responsibilities as they attend Peru State College. If you have questions stop at One Stop first!

Welcome Week Overview
Join the Welcome Week Coordinators, Student Coordinators and Top Cats, for an interactive session about Welcome Week 2020 and what to expect as you arrive on campus a few days before classes start. During this session, you will learn, tasks to complete before arriving, the move-in process and how to find the Weekend schedule. Top Cats (upper-class students) will also host a live Q/A to answer any questions you may have about preparing to come to college.  After this webinar, students will be more aware of the Welcome Week events, have connections with more incoming students and feel more prepared for moving to Peru State on August 13th.

Join Tim Robertson, Security Supervisor, for a session about Campus Safety at Peru State. During this session, you will learn about the services provided by our campus Security and ways to stay informed while on campus. After this webinar, students will know tips for staying safe, how to report an emergency, how to obtain a parking pass and more helpful tools to promote safety at Peru State.

Join Adam Neveau, Director of Residence Life, for an informative chat about move-in procedures. During this session, Adam will cover the new guidelines for in items, how to sign-up for your move-in time and what to expect when you arrive. After this webinar, parents will be more aware of the new guidelines that will be followed as students move to Peru State.

Join Crystal Hutson, Director of Student Activities and Programs and Kevin Williams Assistant Director of Residence Life- Programs, for a session about involvement opportunities at Peru State. During this session, you will learn, about the various opportunities to participate in while at Peru State, how to sign-up for opportunities and how to remain informed on future opportunities. After this webinar, students will know how to use the Bobcat Life App, know where to find intramural sports and club sports, and be aware of the various Student organizations and events held on Peru State’s campus.
