Peru, Nebraska – Peru State College announced its 2019 Homecoming Court. Seniors Julia Zurek and Luis
Constantino were crowned as the 2019 Homecoming King and Queen on Saturday, September
28, at a special ceremony moved to the Al Wheeler Activity Center due to a rain delay
during the annual homecoming football game.
Candidates, selected by the student body, were featured in the annual homecoming parade
and during the halftime ceremony.

Rozlyn Cole is from Wymore, Neb. She is a triple major in Business Administration: Management, Marketing and Human Resources and Risk Management. Rozlyn plans to seek a job focusing on Marketing and Sales.
Luis Henrique Ribeiro Constantino is from Varzae Grande, Mato Grosso, Brazil. Constantino is majoring in Kinesiology and Business Management. His on-campus activities on include being a Resident Assistant and playing football.Luis Constantino, Varze Grande, Brazil

Jacey Sutton is from Wahoo, Neb. She majors in Business Administration: Management and Human Resources and a minor in Organizational Leadership. She plans to reside in Nebraska and work in human resources or for Title Services of the Plains.
Gage Hansen is from Omaha, Neb. He has a major in Health and Physical Education with endorsements in coaching and ESL. His future plan involves becoming a physical education teacher.

Takia Walker is from Enterprise, Alabama. She is a major in Biological Science. Takia plans to graduate from Peru and then attend Medical School.
Noah Kasbohm is from Nebraska City, Neb. He is a major in Biochemical Sciences. He plans on attending pharmacy school this August at UNMC

Sydney Yost is from Papillion, Neb. She majors in Early Childhood Education. In her future, she plans to become an elementary teacher, travel to all 50 states and volunteer at the orphanage her church sponsors in Sierra Leone.
Spencer Kerwin is from Omaha, Neb. He majors in Business Management and Marketing and minors in Computer Management and Information Systems and Psychology. Spencer plans to attain a position in Upper-Management with a well-known retail store like Target, Walmart, or Best Buy.

Julia Zurek is from Louisville, Nebraska. She is majoring in Kinesiology with a business minor. She participates in Cross Country and is a Resident Assistant. She also participates in Christian Student Fellowship, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Rotaract, Phi Epsilon Kappa, Peru Association of Student Athletes, and is a student honors assistant.
Justin Pool is from Circleville, Kansas. He is a double major in Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in Computer Management and Information Systems. Justin is currently undecided as to where his talents may take him.

Junior Representatives
The Junior Representatives were Ethan Arnold and Shianna Oestreich.
Shianna Oestreich is from Hadar, Neb. She is majoring in Disease and Human Health
with a minor in Accounting. Her plan is to graduate from Peru and attend UNMC to receive
her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Ethan Arnold is from Lincoln, Neb. He has majors in Computer Management and Information Systems and Business Administration. He also has a minor in Graphic Design Activities. Ethan plans on taking pictures for the MLB and NFL with freelance photography on the side.
Shianna Oestrich and Ethan Arnold served as the junior representatives.
Sophomore Representatives
The sophomore representatives were Jeff Hart and Emily Oestmann.
Emily Oestmann is from Johnson, Neb. She majors in Graphic Design with a Marketing Minor. Her future plan is to run her own wedding and promotional film video business and own many different types of poultry.
Jeff Hart is from Elkhorn, Neb. He is a major in Elementary Education. His future plans involve becoming a third-grade teacher, having a family and becoming a coach.
Emily Oestmann and Jeff Hart served as the sophomore representatives.
Freshmen Representatives
The freshmen representatives were Maximus Hohn and Gabriella Bakirane
Max Hohn is from Wahoo, Neb. He is majoring in Pre-Radiography to become a Radiation
Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
Gabby Bakirane is from Lincoln, Neb. She is majoring in Disease and Human Health so she can advance to UNMC where she wishes to become a nurse practitioner.
Gabby Bakirane and Maximus Hohn served as the freshmen representatives.
