Peru, Nebraska - The spring 2019 Gleim Exam Prep CPA Review System Scholarship recipient is Lindsay
Harlow of Dawson, Nebraska. Harlow is an Accounting major with a CPA focus, Computer
and Management Information Systems major, and Management major. This scholarship is
awarded to one senior Peru State College accounting student each semester.
Harlow is also a Phi Beta Lambda member in which she has earned numerous awards at
the state level in accounting and finance. She also frequently tutors students in
upper division accounting and general business courses at Peru State College.
Harlow intends to work in public accounting in Omaha, NE, upon graduation in May of
2019. While working in public accounting, Harlow plans to complete the CPA exam.
Swaranga Fernando is serving as Peru State College’s Gleim Campus Representative for
the 2018-2019 academic year. She worked with Peru State Accounting Instructor Cassie
Weitzenkamp to bring the Gleim Exam Prep CPA Review System Scholarship to Peru State
College.
