Omaha, Nebraska - During the closing session of Nebraska Phi Beta Lambda's annual Fall Leadership Conference, a new program was introduced: Nebraska PBL Member of the Month. The inaugural Nebraska PBL Member of the Month award was given Peru State's Rozlyn Cole.

Cole was nominated for her substantial efforts to organize and carry out the annual Peru State PBL silent auction held during the Homecoming football game. Her efforts helped the organization raise $830.

Cole commented on her award, “It is really nice to see that hard work and efforts never go unnoticed; however, I must emphasize that it isn't just one person behind the entire operation. The true secret to our club’s success is our sense of family and connectedness. It is all of us with different strengths working together for the betterment of the club.”
