The Lincoln Journal-Star writes, "While many of these women come from different industries and walks of life, they share several traits — a strong sense of self, a success-driven work ethic and the extraordinary accomplishments to show for it. Their commitment, vision and talents make them true leaders in their chosen fields."

Henry founded Feeding 44 in May 2013 with a $500 grant and the organization, a partnership between Peru State College, the Food Bank of Lincoln and Catholic Social Services, continues to distribute food once a month. Henry graduated from Peru State with a bachelors in business management, and she earned her master of business administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha over the summer.

As a senior marketing consultant at UNANIMOUS, Henry works with clients to develop successful marketing and communication strategies. Henry is on the Board of Directors for VolunteerLinc, a local community service partnership.
