The Green Scholarship is awarded to sophomores, juniors or seniors majoring in business administration with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. The upperclassmen scholarship seeks to reward membership and participation in Phi Beta Lambda (PBL), a collegiate business student organization.
First preference is given to applicants from Auburn and Johnson with secondary preference for southeast Nebraska students and the surrounding areas of Iowa, Kansas and Missouri. Armbruster and Dunn are both from Falls City.
Galardi writes, "The Green Scholarship provides an opportunity for students who are truly engaged on the Campus of Thousand Oaks to receive financial assistance in completing their college education."

Armbruster
On campus, Armbruster is involved in Phi Beta Lambda, Love Your Melon, Crossfit, AmeriCorps and was selected to be a Resident Advisor for this coming year. In Southeast Nebraska she serves Fall City at National Night Out held by the Falls City Police Department. Armbruster also takes part in Adopt-a-Highway and volunteers at the food bank.
Armbruster's parents are Duane and Theresa Armbruster.
Dunn
In addition to his work with Phi Beta Lambda, Dunn is on the baseball team, is president of the Student Athlete Advisory Council and is the voice of the Bobcat Buzz on B103 out of Nebraska City. He also participates in the on-campus service projects Feeding 44 and Kids Against Hunger. Dunn is currently interning with the Falls City Chamber of Commerce and Main Street.
