Peru, Nebraska- TopMastersinEducation.com named Peru State College’s Master of Education program the fourth best online program in the nation for 2016. Peru State was ranked #34 by TopMastersinEducation.com in 2015.

Hugo Saucedo, site editor for Top Masters in Education, writes on his website, “Our rankings of the Best Online Master’s in Education Programs for 2016 are based on cost, quality and accreditation. These are the lowest priced, highest quality, regionally accredited online M.Ed. programs we could find.”

Dr. Greg Seay, Dean of Graduate Programs at Peru State College, said, “Students continue to choose Peru State College’s graduate programs for all the right reasons. It’s no question we offer more for the cost.”

Saucedo also said, ”Essentially our metrics have changed a bit which is why Peru has moved up so much. In addition to looking at metrics such as cost we are also taking into account graduation rates, enrollment in online courses and regional availability. Peru's geographical location makes it a choice program given its proximity to so many metropolitan areas.”

Seay adds, “Our master’s curriculum is taught by instructors with expertise as practitioners and professors; we don’t just tell you how, we show you!"

Saucedo continues, “We are pleased to shine the light on such a great institution of higher learning and we hope our ranking will help others find the gem that is Peru State College.”

Seay concludes, “With a degree from Peru State College, you will receive the best return on your investment of time and money. We are accredited, affordable and accessible (online), all this from an institution with a rich history as a teachers college for the past 150 years.”
