Peru State’s ensembles have a strong presence and reputation on campus and throughout the southeast Nebraska community. As part of our ensembles, students will present four mainstage concerts per year, including the Peru State Choirs’ annual presentation of “The Magic of Christmas,” a campus- and community-wide event.
A campus and community favorite, the Hoyt Street Jazz Ensemble hosts “Jazz on the Green” in the fall and spring, a free, public outdoor concert with food and beverage provided by Campus Dining Services.
Unique opportunities also exist for our Peru State Choirs’ ensembles to perform the national anthem for sporting events both on-campus and locally.
