Who We Are:
Peru State College Bands holds the distinct privilege of being the second oldest band program in Nebraska at the first institution of higher education in the state. Our program strives to create an atmosphere of inclusion where all are welcome to participate in our community of music making. Membership is open to all students, faculty, and community members who have experience on wind and percussion instruments.

Chamber Music
For students who are interested in performing chamber music, various options are available.
These opportunities are usually a subset of our large ensembles (Concert Band and
Jazz Ensemble), but in certain circumstances, extracurricular groups are formed.
Tuition Assistance and Scholarships:
In addition to the general music tuition waivers found here, the bands department offers additional scholarships to those who audition and meet requirements.
