Office Worker

Start Date


Immediately; Peru State College seeks qualified applicants for a part-time Office Worker. Will work up to 20 hours per week. 

Salary


$25.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. 

Qualifications


This position requires high school diploma or equivalent supplemented with one to two years of clerical experience. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft office products, effective verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize assigned tasks, multitask and be detail oriented. 

Responsibilities


Duties include, but are not limited to: account payables, daily deposits, reconciliations, ACH billing, processing mail, working with student accounts, student billings and collections, answering phones and emails.
