Part-Time Office Worker - One Stop

Start Date


Peru State College seeks qualified applicants for a part-time Office Worker. Will work up to 24 hours per week.

Salary


The minimum hourly rate is $12.00 per hour, a higher hourly rate is dependent on experience and qualifications. There are no benefits associated with this hourly position and the position will not be entitled to a specific term of employment. This position is temporary in nature and may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of the College without cause or advance notice.

 

Qualifications


Requires high school diploma or equivalent supplemented one to two years of clerical experience. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft office products, effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize assigned tasks, multitask and be detail oriented.

 

Responsibilities


Duties include, but are not limited to, work with student accounts; student billing and collection, answering phones and emails.
