The NAA works to bring alumni together by providing opportunities for involvement. Alumni events, such as Homecoming, connect alumni to the College and to each other. National Alumni Association’s Annual Chili Feed

Chili and cinnamon rolls will be served at 2:30 p.m. with halftime entertainment provided by Gary’s Tumbling.

$8 entrance fee to the men’s and women’s basketball games for adults, $7 for seniors, $5 for kids (7-17) and children under 7 are free.  Pre-registered attendees will receive an entrance pass by email prior to February 8.

Arizona Alumni and Friends Events in Tucson and Phoenix

Join fellow Bobcat alumni and friends for food and fun in Arizona.  President and Mrs. Hanson will be in attendance at all events.

Spring training and party tent tickets are $30 per person. Tickets are located in the party ten with seats in the sun or in the shade, and include catered lunch and free drink ticket.

Thousand Oaks Alumni Excellence Awards Celebration

April 8, 2020

The Thousand Oaks Alumni Excellence Award was established in 2018 with the inaugural awards planned for 2019.  These awards recognize outstanding alumni from the School of Arts and Sciences, Graduate Programs, School of Professional Studies and School of Education.

Recipients must have demonstrated exceptional service to the College or community and/or demonstrated outstanding achievement in their career or their community.

Recipients speak to current students, participate in a student research and creativity day and share their experiences with faculty, staff, alumni and friends.

 

 

Baseball Reunion and Capt. Mark Williams Scholarship Celebration

April 18, 2020

All baseball alumni are invited to campus for a reunion. During the reunion, former baseball players are invited to attend a picnic prior to the games and be recognized on the field before the first game.

Also, a celebration will be held highlighting the scholarship established to honor the memory of alumnus Capt. Mark Williams (’87). This is the first scholarship established for Bobcat varsity baseball team members and honors Williams, a former four-year starter and two-year captain on the Bobcat baseball team.

Annual Events for Alumni and Friends

Athletic Hall of Fame

Peru State College athletes, coaches and others honored as inductees into the Hall of Fame are recognized for their superlative achievements. They represent the legion of Bobcats who have contributed to Peru State College’s rich athletic tradition.

The purpose of PSC’s Athletic Hall of Fame is to foster an appreciation of the past, an enjoyment of the present and an anticipation of future memories to be made by the Bobcat’s flourishing 9-sport athletic program. Each year a dinner and induction ceremony is held to honor these athletes.

Homecoming and 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50-Year Reunions and Affinity Reunions

During Homecoming weekend of 2019 the Peru State Foundation will host reunion celebrations for the 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 -year reunions.  Alumni from the graduating classes of 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010 will be invited back to campus to celebrate their graduation milestone! Members of the classes from the years before and after each milestone anniversary will also be invited to celebrate with their friends and classmates.

Events will include tours, dinner and mingling with classmates.
