Upcoming Alumni and Foundation Events

The NAA works to bring alumni together by providing opportunities for involvement. Alumni events, such as Homecoming, connect alumni to the College and to each other. Peru State College’s Veterans Day Program

Peru State College is hosting activities on November 12, the official day to recognize Veterans Day.  All Veterans Day programs are open and free to the public.

Activities include lining Park Avenue with flags, a program featuring Matt Gleason, Instructor of Business and former member of the Kansas Army National Guard, as the keynote speaker honoring veterans from campus and surrounding communities.  Veterans will be recognized with carnations and cake at reception following the program.

Community guests are recommended to park in visitor parking (unless there is a name listed at the space) or in commuter parking.  Please view a parking map here.  If you need assistance from your car to the Jindra Fine Arts Building, golf carts will be available.  Please call (405) 880-0559 when you arrive if you need a ride.

Lincoln Alumni and Friends Gathering

The Peru State Foundation and National Alumni Association will host an Alumni and Friends Gathering at the Country Club of Lincoln.  You are invited to join fellow Bobcat alumni and friends for food and fun this November.

The Magic of Christmas at Peru State

Peru State College invites the community, alumni and friends to celebrate the holiday season at Peru.  This event includes an annual concert by Peru State choir.

Basketball Alumni Day & Honoring Coach John Gibbs

Bobcat men’s and women’s alumni basketball players are invited for a day of food, fun and hoops.  You are invited a to a hospitality suite featuring complimentary appetizers throughout the games and free tickets.  Bobcat athletics will also be honoring legendary coach, John Gibbs, between games.

10th Anniversary NAA Annual Chili Feed

The National Alumni Association invites the community, alumni and friends to gather for food, fun and hoops!  This annual event features chili, cinnamon rolls, men’s and women’s basketball and a halftime show featuring Gary’s Tumbling – Fantastic Flyers.

Annual Events for Alumni and Friends

Athletic Hall of Fame

Peru State College athletes, coaches and others honored as inductees into the Hall of Fame are recognized for their superlative achievements. They represent the legion of Bobcats who have contributed to Peru State College’s rich athletic tradition.

The purpose of PSC’s Athletic Hall of Fame is to foster an appreciation of the past, an enjoyment of the present and an anticipation of future memories to be made by the Bobcat’s flourishing 9-sport athletic program. Each year a dinner and induction ceremony is held to honor these athletes.

Homecoming and 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50-Year Reunions and Affinity Reunions (Pep Band and Vocal Music)

During Homecoming weekend of 2019 the Peru State Foundation will host reunion celebrations for the 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 -year reunions.  Alumni from the graduating classes of 1969, 1979, 1989, 1999 and 2009 will be invited back to campus to celebrate their graduation milestone! Members of the classes from the years before and after each milestone anniversary will also be invited to celebrate with their friends and classmates.

Events will include tours, dinner and mingling with classmates. Additional details coming soon.
