Where and when are the meetings?
PEK meets at 11:00 am Tuesdays & Thursdays in the AWAC weightroom. However, meeting times and locations are subject to change. If you provide us with your active email account, we will add you to the list for sending notices of changes and reminders.

How much does it cost?
There is a minimal fee of $20.00 to join. You will receive a t-shirt with your paid registration fee. Other than the initial registration fee, all we ask for is your time and dedication towards the events that we host and for your service to helping educate others about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
