Completers hire ability is computed as the percentage of program completers each year (based on data from Peru State College) who are listed by the Nebraska Department of Education as having been originally employed in a Nebraska school district during that year. As a summary of the data, those who are able to complete the Education program at Peru are overwhelmingly receiving job placements/opportunities within the state of Nebraska.
