Common Issues: Internet Explorer Users
We strongly suggest you Do NOT use Internet Explorer as it is no longer supported
by Canvas.
Both PC and Mac users should install Mozilla Firefox and/or Google Chrome in addition
to their default browser. This ensures that all users have two Canvas-compatible browsers
to provide an alternative option should a technical issue arise.
We encourage students to use Firefox or Chrome as their primary browsers for Canvas.
Based on past feedback, these browsers have provided a better experience for our users.
Safari (Mac) and Edge (Windows) are supported as well but it is best practice to have
another browser installed as an additional option if something doesn't work properly.
