Overnight Accommodations

We are pleased to offer pleasant, secure, overnight accommodations at Peru State College for conference guests during the summer months. We offer access to dining and fitness facilities, along with an award-winning library. As this remains a student living community, we ask that guests do NOT bring alcohol, pets, candles or open-element appliances and refrain from smoking or conducting sport type activities within the building.

W.N. Delzell Residence Hall

Reopened in the fall of 2017, the newly renovated W.N. Delzell hall is one of many lodging options on the campus. Facing the Oak Bowl Stadium, Delzell offers four floors of single to triple occupancy rooms with extra-long twin beds, desks, built in closet space or a wardrobe, and room-specific thermostats. Rooms on the first through third floor offer an in-room sink and vanity, and all floors have a communal bathroom.

Laundry service is located in the basement.

Handicap accessible entrance is located at the north door.

Located in the basement is the kitchen with a microwave, oven, full sink, and refrigerator.

Delzell's game room is fully furnished with seating, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a screen and projector for relaxation after your day of meetings. For a quieter setting, Delzell offers two lounges one on second and third floor, with a television, sink, and microwave. Delzell's Great Hall is a great option for both relaxation and socialization with ample seating and tables for working; there is also a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV.

Eliza C. Morgan Hall

Originally opened in 1929, the recently renovated Eliza C. Morgan hall is one of many lodging options on the campus. Located in the northwest corner of campus, Morgan offers four floors of single to double occupancy rooms with extra-long twin beds, desks, built in closet space, and room-specific thermostats. Rooms offer an in-room sink and vanity, and all floors have a communal bathroom. There are three accessible rooms with private bathrooms available as well.

Located in the basement is the kitchen complete with a microwave, oven, full sink, and refrigerator. In addition, there are four lounges and a classroom available for use.

 

Centennial Complex located at the north end of campus.

Centennial Complex

The Centennial Complex, located at the south end of campus, consists of six buildings: Davidson, Palmer, Clayburn, Mathews, Nicholas, and Pate Halls. Each suite-style unit includes two or three bedrooms, living room, and a full bathroom. Each apartment-style unit includes a kitchen, one or two bedrooms, living room, and a full bath. All units contain a love seat, arm chair, and coffee table in the living room, and a dresser, built in desks, closets, and a set of bunk able extra-long twin beds in each bedroom. The rooms are equipped with wireless internet. 

Game rooms are located in Palmer and Mathews Hall, with amenities including TV, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and other recreational items.

Laundry facilities, located in the basement of Clayburn Hall, Davidson Hall, and Nicholas Hall, are available at no charge.

 

Room Rates

Peru State College offers a variety of lodging experiences from private bedrooms to three bedroom suites. Kitchens are also available in one or two bedroom suites. Please see the availability page to contact the college about our current rates.

Dining

On-campus dining is provided by Fresh Ideas Food Service Management. Does your event require catering? Fresh Ideas also provides that service. For more information on catering options, please contact Eron Baker.
