Wifi Home


Computer Services provides wireless access to all campus members including students, guests, and employees. For information on how to logon to campus wireless click on the the following link for information.

Students

You may see more than one SSID, (network name) broadcast when you go to connect to wireless on campus. Please connect to Go Blue or Secure Blue.
Once connected a login page should open, but if does not, open your web browser and it should then appear.

For the username use the name portion of your @bobcats.peru.edu email address. DO NOT include the @bobcats.peru.edu portion. If your username is more than 20 characters (including the period) then drop off characters at the end until it is only 20 characters long. For example; perustate.bobcats12345@bobcats.peru.edu the username would be perustate.bobcats123 with the 4 and 5 removed to equal 20 characters. The password is the same as for access to Microsoft Office 365
.

You should only have to go through this logon process every 4 months for each device you connect, as the system should remember each individual wireless device that you used to logon. Students identified as creating a guest account on the guest registration page may be blocked from using wireless.

 
Peru State College Employees

When connecting to wireless on your personally owned device you may see more than one SSID, (network name) broadcast. Please connect to GoBlue or Secure Blue.  When connecting to wireless on your office owned device, please connect to PSC Wireless.
Once connected a login page should open, but if does not, open your web browser and it should then appear.

Peru State College Guest

When connecting to wireless on your personally owned device you may see more than one SSID, (network name) broadcast. Please connect to Go Blue.
Once connected a login page should open, but if does not, open your web browser and it should then appear.

  • Connect to the Go Blue SSID.
  • A screen may pop-up or you may need to open your web browser to see the logon page.
  • Click the “click here to create an account” link.

  • Fill in the form. You must accept the terms of use to gain network access. Then click Register.

  • On the final screen you have to click the Log In button to complete the process for access.
