Students who withdraw from college or whose housing contract is canceled during the first week of class will receive a 100% refund. Students who withdraw from college or whose housing contract is canceled after the first week will receive prorated refunds of their room and board charges up to the eighth week. Student accounts will be prorated based upon the number of weeks that the student is in the residence hall. A partial week shall be considered a full week for prorating purposes. Contracts canceled for violation of the student code of conduct will not receive refunds for room and board and are subject to any appropriate fees.

All incoming residents for Fall 2012 are required to pay a $50.00 non-refundable room reservation processing fee.
