Early Arrival Information

Upon moving into your assigned room/apartment, you will receive an inventory sheet and two keys. Each resident must complete, sign and return to their Resident Assistant the room condition inventory sheet. This room inventory will be an accurate and complete record of the contents and condition of the assigned room/apartment and will be the basis for damage charges if assessed. The two keys in which you will receive will be a room key and an outside door key. If lost, you will be charged $25* for the room key and $100* for the outside key.
