Process Outline for Fall 2012 Staff:
- Complete the application materials for the position which you are applying for - see below.
- Return completed application materials to the Residence Life Office by February 17, 2012 at 5:00p.m.
- Selection Process-Participation is Mandatory
Group Sessions
You will be divided into groups. These groups will meet twice during the interview process. The first meeting will be during the week of February 20, 2012; the other meeting will occur during the week of February 27, 2012.
Carousel Session
Friday, February 24, 2012 at 9am in the Bur Oak Room.
Individual Interview
Will be scheduled between February 27 and March 1, 2012

FAQ:
- What if I want to apply for an open RA position and an open Mentor position?
- You must fill-out both applications but you only need to collect two references. On the reference forms, mark that you are applying for both positions.
- What if I applied in the previous semester and was not selected for an open position?
- Send an e-mail to Seth Bingham, Assistant Director of Residence Life indicating that you wish to apply this semster. He will be in contact regarding how to proceed. His e-mail is: sbingham@peru.edu
- What if I am a transfer student or only have one semester of residential experience on the Peru State College campus?
- We prefer that residence life staff members have two semesters of residential experience on the Peru State College campus. We will however consider all applications we receive.
- Refer to the applications for specific information regarding qualifications and benefits.
- Feel free to direct all remaining questions to the Peru State College Residence Life Office.
