Bio:

Mrs. Staples' current duties consist of teaching two software courses each semester and serving as an Administrative Assistant to the Graduate Studies Office.

 

Prior to her service at the College Mrs. Staples has been employed at Max's Trail Boss Restaurant and the First Christian Church in Rock Port, Missouri, and TELOS Communications at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

 

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tarkio College, Tarkio, Missouri, in 1988.  She previously attended Cameron College in Lawton, Oklahoma.  Mrs. Staples has continued her professional development by completing additional courses at Peru State College and attending seminars and workshops.

 

Mrs. Staples has taught business software applications courses for Peru State College since 1988.  She has served on various committees for the College and has volunteered to assist with many College activities. 

 

Her personal interests include spending time with her husband Gary, attending her children and grandchildren’s activities, reading, and going to garage sales and estate auctions.  Her hobbies include collecting costume jewelry and salt and pepper shakers.
