Bio:

Laura Roberts has been working in the field of education since 1990.  She was the Graduate Contract Director for the United States, Canada and Panama with the University of Oklahoma for eight years.  She negotiated business expansion contracts and opened new Graduate Degree offices throughout the United States.  She spent some time working with the Taiwanese government in Canada.

 

Ms. Roberts has been with Peru State College for seven years.  She is the Director of the Off Campus Programs/Offutt Operations and Online Services.

 

She has a Bachelor of Political Science and History degree from the University of Colorado, an Addition and Family Counseling degree and a Master of Human Relations/Human Resource degree from the University of Oklahoma.

 

Ms. Roberts is married and has two sons.  One son graduated from Texas Christian University with an MBA in Finance.  Her other son graduated from Lake Forest College with a degree in Politics and Economics.  He works as a Congressional Aide for Jeff Fortenberry, Congressman from the First District of Nebraska.
