Bio:
Aaron is a licensed CPA in Nebraska with experience in taxation at all levels and governmental auditing. He has also focused on financial statement preparation, analysis and disclosure requirements relating to user informational needs.
He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2005 and MBA at Creighton University in 2009. The focus of his studies during the MBA program was financial analysis as it relates to investor and creditor decision making. Secondarily he is interested in management decision-making related to strategy and job fit.
In addition to maintaining an active CPA license and teaching at Peru State College he also works for Becker CPA review as a part-time instructor. This role allows him to adequately prepare CPA candidates for the exam as well as pass on the best practices of CPA exam prep with his undergraduate students.
Aaron is married to Annie, a registered nurse, and lives in Omaha with his wife and two cairn terriers. In his spare time he enjoys bowling, golfing and watching Nebraska Cornhuskers' football.
