Vitae of Alan Jackson
Much of Mr. Jackson's experience has been directed at strategic planning, change management and project management, organizational change and development, and profit and operational improvement. He has a proven track record of helping organizations improve their profitability and their operations through sound management techniques. He is a recognized expert in future studies, strategic planning, change management and organizational leadership.
Mr. Jackson helped pioneer Nebraska’s first accredited on-line university level course in 1996 and is an award winning teacher and scholar.
As an accomplished writer, Mr. Jackson has authored numerous articles on management, and leadership, small business, business strategy, and consulting. He has authored a monthly column on business as well as been the host of a business radio talk show. He has prepared or reviewed over 100 business and strategic plans for clients. As a strategist and futurist, he has conducted external audits of the macro environment, and has conducted strategic management clinics for small and medium sized enterprises.
Acknowledged regionally as an outstanding leader, he has mentored and coached numerous executives, managers, and upwardly mobile professionals enhancing their careers and providing them with tools for success.
