Omaha, Nebraska- Peru State College congratulates Sheli Petersen on her bronze award for children’s book illustrations “The Scarf” and “The Nest” in the 2015 American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) Nebraska “Show.” Petersen is a professor in the Art Department at Peru State College.

The juried exhibition was displayed at KANEKO in Omaha this fall and will continue to be on view at the Metropolitan Community College Gallery of Art and Design until January 4, 2016. The work of other winners may be viewed online at http://shownebraska.org/winners.
