Peru State to Host Southeast NE Career Fair Tuesday, April 12
Free and Open to the Public, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
(Peru, Neb.) Peru State College’s (PSC) Career Services Office with host a Southeast Nebraska Career Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 12 in the Al Wheeler Activity Center (AWAC). It is free and open to the public.
The Career Fair is designed to give PSC students and people from across southeast Nebraska an opportunity to meet with representatives from large and mid-sized firms and government agencies to discuss current and anticipated employment openings for full-time, part-time or summer employment, as well as internship positions.
PSC Coordinator of Cooperative Programs Alice Holtz said, “While we are still in the midst of a difficult economy, there are a lot of great employers searching for skilled workers. The Southeast Nebraska Career Fair is Peru State College’s way of bringing those employers together with people from across southeast Nebraska to create new employment opportunities. We encourage everyone to attend.”
