Tejral Named Head Coach of Women’s Golf at Peru State College

(Peru, Neb.) Peru State College (PSC) Athletic Director Steve Schneider today announced that Angela Tejral has been hired as head coach of the Bobcat women’s golf program.

Tejral is no stranger to Bobcat athletics, having spent the 2009-10 season as assistant coach for the women’s golf program as well as the women’s basketball program under Head Coach Maurtice Ivy. She has also served as an adjunct instructor in physical education while at PSC.

Athletic Director Steve Schneider said, “Angela is a coach with passion, enthusiasm and an outstanding work ethic. She will build on the foundation established by Coach Ivy and move the golf program forward.”

Tejral, a Butte native, holds a Master’s degree in education and a Bachelor’s degree in general studies from the College of St. Mary. She also has an Associate’s degree in liberal arts from Northeast Community College in Norfolk. Tejral joined the Bobcat Athletic Department in the fall of 2009 after coaching basketball at the College of St. Mary.

Tejral currently resides in Peru.
