Peru State College Announces 2008 Homecoming Court

(Peru, Neb.) Peru State College (PSC) today announced the names of the 2008 Homecoming Court and representatives for the junior, sophomore and freshman classes, all of whom were selected by members of the student body.
The homecoming king and queen will be crowned at halftime of the PSC vs. Northwest Oklahoma State University football game on Saturday, Oct. 11, which begins at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the Oak Bowl. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for non-PSC students. Children five and younger are admitted free.

Queen Candidates (Senior Women):
Melissa Crom – Sidney, Iowa – Elementary and Early Childhood Education

The College’s annual homecoming celebration begins today with events scheduled through Saturday on campus and in downtown Peru. The theme of this year’s festivities is “Rockin’ Through the Decades,” with events focused on the 50’s to the present.
