Temporary, part time Business Office Clerk

$10.00 per hour. There are no benefits associated with this hourly position and the position will not be entitled to a specific term of employment. This position is temporary in nature and may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of the College without cause or advance notice.


The qualified individual must possess prior clerical/accounting experience and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient technology skills, and organizational skills.  Must be able to learn tasks quickly, prioritize responsibilities, and multitask. Effective customer service skills also required. Must have a working knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, and the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the assigned work.


Will perform general and routine clerical work, update/maintain accounts receivables, reconcile/maintain accounts receivable/payable ledgers, assist visitors, students, faculty and staff; and perform other duties as assigned. Will  work Monday through Friday, up to 24 hours per week
