Peru State College seeks an adjunct for Organic Chemistry I to assume lecture/laboratory teaching duties for 4-6 weeks beginning October 8, 2012. This is a temporary position. The lecture/class meets on Monday and Wednesday, the laboratory meets Monday afternoon. Laboratory exercises have been prepped in advance. The lecture sequence is currently finishing acid-base mechanisms and will continue through nomenclature of Alkanes and Cycloalkanes, stereochemistry, and nucleophilic substitutions.
