Position:
Athletic Director

Salary: Minimum salary mid $50,000’s. Excellent benefits package.
Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of at least an earned masters degree. Must possess demonstrated strong leadership and planning skills; effective verbal and written communication skills; as well as the ability to interact effectively with internal and external constituencies. The individual selected will be capable of taking athletics to the “next level” through effective strategic planning, and must have the ability to develop and support a significant, coordinated fundraising program.

Responsibilities:

The Athletic Director will oversee the work of coaches and staff involved in the College’s intercollegiate athletic programs, will provide leadership and management for the athletic programs and supervise day-to-day operations of the related areas. Peru State College is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
