Position:
Project Coordinator

Salary: Salary high $20’s to low $30’s DOE/Q. Excellent benefits.
Qualifications:

Associates degree required; bachelors degree highly preferred. Must have significant work experience and demonstrated skills in MS Office applications and propensity toward learning new technology in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Must be able to manage complex projects, make effective decisions and solve problems under conditions of stress and competing priorities and possess the ability to communicate complex information, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will perform a variety of duties in support of the day to day operations of the Office of Student Life.  Duties will include but are not limited to: assist in program planning and development; compile, interpret, monitor, and analyze data and information; administer and maintain systems and processes; and coordinate assessment processes. Will be responsive to departmental inquiries and day to day functions of the office, monitoring tasks of work study students, and planning coverage of office during operational hours; will maintain confidential student files/student information; will provide support for the Judicial Affairs process (i.e. organizing meetings, coordinating follow up, etc.); collaboratively coordinate room reservations and the associated calendar for facilities; review and update the content of the websites associated with Student Life; will monitor and manage the departmental budget processes; process Residence Life housing requests, room assignments, billing and resident communications; assist with student orientations, early arrivals, staff training events and summer conferencing, and hall openings/closings. Will also oversee projects and processes that have a significant impact on the overall goals of Student Life. This position is non-exempt with regard to FLSA overtime provisions.
