Position:
Project Coordinator

 

 

Start Date: Application review begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
Salary: $28,340 – 35,425, depending on qualifications and experience. Excellent benefits.
Qualifications:

Associates degree required; bachelors degree highly preferred. Must possess strong technical writing and data analysis skills, and significant work experience and demonstrated skills in MS Office applications.  Prior work history that reflects knowledge and skills in database development and management and web development skills preferred.  Must be able to manage complex projects, make effective decisions and solve problems under conditions of stress and competing priorities and possess the ability to communicate complex information, both verbally and in writing.  Some work related travel may be required. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities:

The Graduate Programs Project Coordinator performs a variety of professional and administrative duties in support of the day to day operations of the Graduate Office. Assists in program planning and development; compiles, interprets, monitors, and analyzes data and information regarding graduate programs and candidates; administers and maintains systems and processes related to teacher graduate program admission and checkpoints; and coordinates assessment processes for graduate programs. Will oversee other projects and processes that have a significant impact on the overall goals for Graduate Programs.
