Starting salary is $2,379.00 per month plus excellent benefit package.


Requires High School diploma or equivalent supplemented by an Associate degree in Business Administration or related field and three years of office administration experience. Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field and four years office administration experience preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to accuracy, detail and consistency. Ability to maintain confidentiality required.


Duties include, but are not limited to: providing assistance to Vice President of Administration and Finance and Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs departments. Will coordinate daily flow of office traffic, respond to and refer phone calls, meeting requests and route correspondence. Candidate will be responsible for performing assignments accurately, consistently, and confidentially. Will also maintain records/data, gather and prepare information for reports, maintain budget information, interact with college officials and staff, system office, students, vendors and the public.
