Starting salary $1,821.73 per month.  Excellent benefits package.


College degree preferred.  High school diploma or equivalent supplemented by general administrative or business coursework and one to two years of administrative/clerical experience required. Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills as well as excellent keyboarding and computer skills are required. Applicant must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize assigned tasks, multitask and be detail oriented.


Responsible for administrative support in the Graduate Programs and Distance Education departments. Will work closely with several constituents such as students, faculty, and administrative offices. Will maintain confidential student files, reconcile monthly budget reports, and perform data entry/processing of files. Will greet visitors, respond to inquires in person and via telephone, organize necessary materials/information for the Graduate Programs and Distance Education departments, as well as other duties as assigned.
