Maintenance Repair Worker II

Starting salary $1,915 per month. Excellent benefits package.
Two years of work experience in maintenance, repair or construction activities in one or more of the craft disciplines. Knowledge of methods, practices, tools, materials and equipment utilized in maintenance and grounds maintenance required. Qualified applicant must have any combination of skills, knowledge and abilities that meet these requirements. Valid driver’s license is required. Occasional weekend work required.
This is skilled work involving maintenance, repair, alteration and construction of campus buildings, facilities and grounds. Work involves primary responsibility for maintenance, repair, alteration and construction activities in any one or more of the following craft areas: carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, electrical repair and related disciplines, and with boiler operation and maintenance. Work may include use of specialized equipment and/or semi-skilled mechanical work in the repair and maintenance of campus vehicles and equipment. Will perform general preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, general plumbing, electrical, carpentry and construction activities as well as general painting, and maintenance and minor repair of campus vehicles and motorized equipment.
