Four years of work experience in maintenance, repair or construction activities in one or more craft disciplines. Knowledge of methods, practices, tools, materials and equipment utilized in maintenance required. Qualified applicant must have any combination of skills, knowledge and abilities that meet these requirements. Valid driver’s license is required. Occasional weekend work required. EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
Advanced maintenance work including but not limited to: preventative maintenance, repair, alteration and construction activities in any one or more of the following craft areas: HVAC, energy management system operation and trouble shooting, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, electrical repair and with boiler operation and maintenance. Performs general preventive maintenance and minor repair/maintenance on motorized equipment.
