Position:
IT Analyst – Business Intelligence

 

 

Start Date: Application review begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
Salary: Salary range $48,800 - $61,000 commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.  Excellent benefits package.
Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in computer science or related technical field is preferred or an associate’s degree with computer systems emphasis and 4 years of report development and administration experience.  SQL experience is required.  Experience writing PeopleSoft queries using PSQuery is desired.  Experience developing report products through SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio is desired.  Experience writing reports using IBI WebFocus is highly desired.  Attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities are required. Experience administering and developing ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration suite is desired. Excellent customer service and leadership skills desired.

 

Responsibilities:

Principle duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): managing, coordinating, developing, executing and validating report products, data extract, transformation and load processes, data integration and interface definition.  Coordinate and provide report and data analysis support for administrative users throughout the college.  Develop and monitor automated ETL processes, report environment access and report portal availability and presentation. Responsible for the identification and documentation of reporting and data integration requirements.  Implement tools for report and data analysis delivery.  Provide appropriate user access to reporting resources. Provide analysis, design and direction toward implementing intuitive and meaningful business intelligence tools to assist Peru State College management and administration.
