Salary:

Starting salary $1,659 per month. Excellent benefits package.

 

Qualifications:

Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent keyboarding and computer skills are required. Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to prioritize assigned tasks, as well as the ability to multitask are also required. Graduation from High School or equivalent supplemented by one year of general clerical experience required.

 

Responsibilities:

This is general clerical work documenting and maintaining student academic records for present and former students. Work includes responding to student and faculty requests for academic record information and performing related filing, correspondence and inventory tasks. Supervision is received from an administrative superior with work reviewed in the form of accuracy and completeness of records. Will work closely with several constituents such as students, faculty, and administrative offices as well as other duties as assigned.
