Fill out an application on the Peru State College Web site, which can be found at http://www.peru.edu/fusion/d/application.pdf and/or within the online housing application. Participants must be accepted into the program and sign a contract that states they will refrain from the use of prohibited substances. There is a $50 charge for program participation.
