• Spring 2011 Student Teaching Applications Due September 17, 2010
• Please note: As part of the requirements for applying for student teaching, teacher education candidates must be fully admitted to Teacher Education prior to October 1 for spring student teacher applications and prior to March 1 for fall student teacher applications. Those who do not meet all requirements for admission to teacher education must defer applying for student teaching if the established deadlines are not met.

• Fall Student Teachers - June 1 through June 15

• Spring Student Teachers - October 15 through November 1

ETS information for the ELED EECIA Exam

ETS recently launched an innovative test preparation tool to help teacher candidates prepare for a Praxis Elementary Education test used for teacher licensure in 26 states and territories. The Elementary Education: Content Knowledge Interactive Practice Test is a new, first-of-its-kind practice test that allows candidates to simulate an online testing experience with a fully interactive, retired practice test for the Elementary Education: Content Knowledge Test (code 0014). ETS plans to release more interactive practice tests for additional Praxis titles based on test-taker feedback. The next interactive practice test will be available later this summer.
