For more than 24 years, Peru State College has been providing educational opportunities to the military and military dependent community. The programs are open to all students -- military and civilian.
Our local courses are set on an eight-week term and our online courses are set on eight- and sixteen-week terms. There are five terms per academic year. All in class courses are held in the Offutt Air Force Base and Bellevue areas.
Degrees in Education:
Peru State College offers courses leading to a bachelor's degree in education as well as teachers certification/endorsement. These programs include Elementary, Early Childhood, Middle Grades and Secondary Education. The Peru State College’s excellent online General Education program provides all the general education requirements which are needed to complete these degrees and meet the Nebraska teacher certification requirements.
Degrees in Business:
Students interested in business administration and management can receive a Bachelor of Applied Science- Business Administration Management degree. This unique degree transfers military, certificate, Clep/Dante credits along with two year and four year earned college hours. Peru/Offutt provides the BAS degree as a non-traditional accelerated degree program.
Other Degree Programs:
Peru State College also offers Bachelors of Science degrees in the following areas: Accounting, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Performance and Systems Management, and Marketing- all with the convenience of online courses.
Master’s Degree Programs:
We have also added two online Master’s degree programs. The two degrees are Masters degree in Education: Curriculum and Instruction and a Masters degree in Organizational Management. These programs are also offered online on an eight week term. The tuition rate is a flat rate with no extra fees.
