Common Issues: Clearing Browser Cache
 

Mozilla Firefox

 

  1. Click on the 'Firefox' dropdown or choose 'Tools' from the menu bar

  2. Expand Options (if necessary) and/or click on 'Options'

  3. Select the 'Privacy' tab

  4. Click on the 'clear your recent history' link

  5. Change the 'Time range to clear:' dropdown to 'Everything'
  6. Check the boxes for 'Cookies' and 'Cache'
  7. Clearing 'Form & Search History' may be helpful in resolving specific login issues (in most instances it is not necessary to clear this data)
  8. Click 'Clear Now' to delete the data you have selected

  9. You may now need to 'refresh' your page
