Common Issues: Clearing Browser Cache
 

Internet Explorer 8 & 9

 

  1. Click on 'Tools' or the gear icon

  2. Choose 'Internet options'

  3. Under 'Browsing history,' click 'Delete…'

  4. Uncheck the 'Preserve Favorite website data' box
  5. Check the 'Temporary Internet files' and 'Cookies' boxes
  6. Deleting 'Form data' and stored 'Passwords' may be helpful in resolving specific login issues (in most instances it is not necessary to clear this data)

    IE_Delete_History

  7. Click 'Delete' to clear the data you have selected
  8. You may now need to 'refresh' your page
