Internet Explorer 8 & 9
- Click on 'Tools' or the gear icon

- Choose 'Internet options'

- Under 'Browsing history,' click 'Delete…'

- Uncheck the 'Preserve Favorite website data' box
- Check the 'Temporary Internet files' and 'Cookies' boxes
- Deleting 'Form data' and stored 'Passwords' may be helpful in resolving specific login issues (in most instances it is not necessary to clear this data)

- Click 'Delete' to clear the data you have selected
- You may now need to 'refresh' your page
