Common Issues: Clearing Browser Cache
 

Google Chrome

 

  1. Click on the wrench icon

  2. Expand the 'Tools' options

  3. Click 'Clear browsing data…'

  4. Change the 'Obliterate the following from' dropdown to 'the beginning of time'
  5. Check the boxes for 'Empty the cache' and 'Delete cookies and other site plug-in data'

  6. Selecting 'Clear saved passwords' and 'Clear saved Autofill form data' may be helpful in resolving specific login issues (in most instances it is not necessary to clear this data)

  7. Click on 'Clear browsing data'

  8. You may now need to 'refresh' your page
