If the 'My Blackboard' and 'Courses' tabs fail to appear in the upper right top frame of your browser, you are most likely using an unsupported version of Internet Explorer.

To resolve this issue please upgrade to IE 8.0 or greater.  You may also use a supported version of Firefox to access Blackboard.
