Robert Biggs received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Indiana University at Bloomington, IN and his Master of Arts Degree in Mathematics from the University of Missouri at Columbia, MO.

Mr. Biggs oversees the TRiO Student Success Services Peer-Tutoring Program at Peru State: he hires, trains, and advises the several tutors that work for SSS. In addition to this, he frequently holds his own tutoring with SSS students seeking help in math.

In partnership with the other SSS staff, Robert Biggs also supervises the SSS Summer Bridge Program, a for-credit summer program oriented towards incoming freshmen to help them build a solid basis for their college success. As part of this program, Mr. Biggs creates and directs the Math Boot Camp, an intensive two-week course which aims to help incoming freshmen to test into a higher mathematics course for their upcoming fall semester.
