Center for Engaged Learning
The Mission of the Center for Engaged Learning is to create and/or facilitate partnerships between Peru State College students, faculty and staff and the community (campus, local, regional, national and international) in order to provide engaged learning opportunities.
The Center for Engaged Learning implements best practices in engaged learning so that PSC students have experiences that are consistent with the College’s academic mission, vision, values and goals. As a result, the Center for Engaged Learning is a resource for students, faculty, and the community in which individuals are able to develop and apply their leadership, critical thinking, project management, and communication skills while engaging in learning opportunities. These learning opportunities include Community-Based Service Learning, Global Learning, and Internships.
