All New Freshmen will be required to purchase the unlimited meal plan ($1,474.00/semester) for their first year.
Students living in the residence halls may choose from the following meal plan options:
- Unlimited Meal Plan - $1,474.00 (per semester)
- 15-Meal Per Week Plan - $1,278.00 (per semester)

10-Meal Per Week Plan - $865.00

Commuting students will be able to select one of the residential meal plans, bonus bucks or a commuter meal plan (5 meals per week, $437/semester).
Waivers
According to Peru State College policy, room waivers can not be used on Apartment rent.
Room and Board Refunds
Students who withdraw from college or whose housing contract is canceled during the first week of class will receive a 100% refund. Students who withdraw from college or whose housing contract is canceled after the first week will receive prorated refunds of their room and board charges. Student accounts will be prorated based upon the number of weeks that the student is in the residence hall. A partial week shall be considered a full week for prorating purposes. Contracts canceled for violation of the student code of conduct will not receive refunds for room and board.
New for 2011-2012:

Returning residents for Fall 2011 who have a room deposit on file will be subject to the following deposit refund policy:
Room and Board refund does not include the $100 room deposit. Students who decided not to attend Peru State College must notify our office before August 1 to be refunded their deposit. If at any time during the year students withdraw from the college or housing students must meet the following requirements to be refunded their deposit:
- All terms of the contract are completed.
- There is no damage or unusual wear-and-tear to the facility.
- The student checks out of his/her room properly and returns all keys.
- The facility is left clean.
